Follow the Footsteps of Moses

while exploring ancient Biblical sites
such as Jabal al-Lawz (aka The Real Mount Sinai) and the Split Rock

Join Bible Prophecy Teacher, Pastor and Author Steve Cioccolanti on the adventure of a lifetime as you discover the Exodus route, the real Red Sea Crossing, and the ancient land of Midian (present day NEOM in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). You have an exclusive opportunity to study the land and inspect its evidence, with a remarkable teacher at the helm. Explore Midian, known by locals to be the homeland of Jethro (the prophet Shu’ayb in Arabic) who was Moses’ father-in-law. Examine the Split Rock of Horeb at Jabal Maqla, where Moses struck the boulder and God miraculously provided water from ’The Rock'. Survey the Jabal al-Lawz mountain range, with its charred and blackened summit, ascertained by modern archaeologists and Bible scholars to be the original Mount Sinai where Yahweh gave Moses the Ten Commandments. Discover for yourself why Jewish and Bedouin traditions have continued for centuries to call this peak: Jabal Musa or “The Mountain of Moses.”

Why Now?

Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is in its infancy. This is a rare opportunity to travel at a time when the NEOM ’smart city’ urban development has not impacted or restricted these amazing sites!

Due to rapid unveiling of Bible prophecy, we believe we will be journeying in the heart of a land destined to be a centerpiece in End-Time fulfillment. We will not only be tourists, but one of the first Christians to step foot in the Kingdom. Our very presence brings the aroma of Christ into a nation long shut off from the Gospel. You will be part of history.

What to Expect?

Saudi Arabia has a population of 32 million, 13 million of whom are foreigners. That’s 41% of the population. Historically, this foreign population came for religious reasons (to make the hajj to Mecca) or for approved work. Non-Islamic tourism did not exist until Saudi Arabia changed its tourism law on 27 September 2019, in order to open up the country to non-religious tourism. By God’s Providence, Saudi Arabia remained “closed” because the tourism industry worldwide was immediately shut down for 3 years by COVID.

You are not the first foreigners to step into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), but you will be one of the first Christians. You will certainly be one of the first Christians to climb the real Mount Sinai. This is a spiritual journey. You are salt and light. Come with your Bible, a readiness to learn, and a willingness to serve others. You will get time to do daily devotions the way Pastor Steve Cioccolanti does his. Expect to hear the Lord.

Due to the distinctive nature of this mission trip, participants must be respectful of the culture, flexible with sudden changes, and willing to hike. We will be traveling in 4WDs, not coach buses, through desert terrain. The sites we visit are not commercialized. There is not a Starbucks on top of Mount Sinai. We will not be staying in 5-star hotels, but past accommodations have been a comfortable 3 to 4 star standard. The bedouin food is excellent. The hospitality is some of the best you’ll find. If you have traveled to Israel or Jordan, you will be amazed by the amount of Biblical insights that will open up to you first-hand. No Bible School can prepare you for or compare to this guided journey!
